North Wales Buddhists, (formerly known for many years as Llangollen Buddhist Group ) meet together with a mixture of online and in person meetings.
We meet to meditate together, learn from teachings and discussion, and develop friendship and mutual support. We aim to help each other to develop more positive states of mind and live in a spirit of appreciation and generosity. Our teachings are Buddhist teachings but you don't have to be a Buddhist to benefit from meditation and mindfulness.
We are part of the Triratna Buddhist Community. This is a worldwide movement of women and men living by the Buddha's teachings in the conditions of the modern world. Neither monastic or lay, we are simply Buddhists at various stages of commitment and understanding.
